‘Har Ghar Mein Khushi, Har Ghar Mein Samsung’, offers an assured
gift with the purchase of any Samsung Audio Video or Home Appliances
product to be given away during the promotion period. These gifts to
Samsung consumers range from Glass sets, Dinner set to Tata Sky Set top
box, with the latter being provided with all 32” and above screen size
LCD TVs.

exciting, new array of innovative Audio Video and Home Appliance
products and assured gifts across all our products. ‘Har Ghar Mein
Khushi, Har Ghar Mein Samsung’ as our Festival Campaign is named,
represents our Company’s efforts to give our customers greater customer
satisfaction and happiness through our innovative technology products”.
Samsung India has also launched a series of products in sync with the
festival season. The Company has introduced its new ‘Easy View’ range
of Flat TVs that has especially been developed for the Indian market.
Available across the popular 21” and 29” screen categories, both in
Ultra/Slim and regular Flat series, the 12 new ‘Easy View’ Flat TVs are
differentiated as much on account of their design as for their enhanced
performance. The Easy View features include Channel Minimizer (On Screen Menu Display for easy channel surfing), Channel Scheduler (Switch from one program to another at a preset time), Channel Grouping (Group your favourite channels/programs on categories) Half Mute (Reduce Volume to half at one touch) and Music Mode
(Listen to audio with display off). The new ‘Easy View’ range of
Samsung televisions is priced in the range between Rs 10,000/- to
Rs.22, 500/-.
Some of the other WOW, leading technology products that have been
launched for the Festival period includes the Company’s new range of
side-by-side refrigerators including the World’s First Quatro Cooling
Refrigerator, new Silver Nano semiautomatic washing machines and the
World’s largest 70” LCD with LED technology.
Samsung RM-25DGSH, the World’s First Four Door Refrigerator with Quatro
Cooling System, not only has four separate compartments, but each
compartment is controlled and cooled separately with its own evaporator
and fan, preventing mixing of odors as well as maintaining high
humidity inside. Some of the other features of this refrigerator
include: Digital Display & Control, Water and Ice Dispenser,
Automatic Icemaker and Spill proof tempered glass shelves. The Quatro
is priced at Rs.141, 000/-.
Samsung has also introduced its new range of semi automatic washing
machines with Silver Nano technology. Samsung’s Silver Nano technology,
so far, has been available only in the Fully automatic washing machine
segment. The new Silver Nano semi automatic washing machine models,
available in 6.5kg and 7.0kg, protect the fabrics from harmful bacteria
and completely remove dirt and dust from clothes, leaving them clean
and fresh. The Double Storm Pulsator that this new range is equipped
with produces better wash results and reduces fabric entanglement. The
new range of Semi automatic washing machines, comprising of 4 models,
has been launched in the capacities between 6.2 kg to 7 kg and is
priced between Rs 8,999/- to Rs 9,990/-.
“We expect to do business worth Rs.1200 Crores on an all India basis
during the Promotion period” states Mr. Pradeep Tognatta, Director
–Sales & Marketing, Samsung India. The Company is expecting to sell
5.5 lac colour televisions during the Festival period, including
500,000 Flat/Slim TVs and 50,000 Flat Panel TVs.
